Frequently Asked Questions
Valley Community Healthcare offers a full array of family healthcare services that take care of the whole family in one location. Our doctors see patients of all ages: newborns, children, adolescents, and adults, including expectant mothers and seniors.
How do I enroll in an insurance program?
New patients can start the enrollment process by walking into either of our Centers, or by calling 818-301-6399 for information.
A Member Services Specialist provides the client with a list of documents they need to bring for their enrollment appointment. An enrollment appointment is scheduled.
Once their documents are processed, the client is enrolled as a patient, and an appointment is scheduled with a physician.
What programs are available?
We offer two programs
- Medi-Cal: If you are a U.S. citizen, a legal permanent resident, or have a valid work permit
- My Health LA: If you are not a U.S. citizen and not a legal permanent resident
We also accept Covered CA for those who have income at the high end of the Federal Poverty Level and do not qualify for any other program.
