Important Changes to our Late Patient Policy and Visitor Screening Process
With the increase in the number of in-person visits, we have a new screening process when you come for your visit. All visitors will be greeted by our staff and shown to a kiosk to answer COVID-19 screening questions, have your temperature checked, and get a sticker to show that you have been screened. To protect you and our staff, and manage personal distance guidelines, we will limit the number of patients in each waiting area. Staff will show you where to wait for your appointment or assistance.
Effective Thursday, July 15 to avoid overcrowding and reduce wait times, the late policy changes from a 5 minute grace period to 0 (zero) minutes. If you are late, you will miss your scheduled visit, and we will try and assist you at a different time on the same day. Please come 20 minutes before your appointment, and it is important that you do not arrive late. Thank you for your cooperation. Patients must wear a mask at all times while inside the clinic, even if you are fully vaccinated. We look forward to seeing you!
