Valley Community Healthcare invites VCH patients, their families, and community members to our annual Valley Gives Thanks holiday event.

Attendees can receive:

• Thanksgiving turkey dinner bags*
• Essential groceries (sides/fixings)*
• Free vaccinations and health screenings
• Information about ongoing care and support services

*While supplies last. Limit one dinner bag with sides/fixings per patient family and the first 250 community members.
